SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Most of our items ship within 5-7 days of receiving your cleared payment and engraving information (if applicable). Many times your item will ship sooner. We ship via Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS at our discretion. Please provide a street address for shipment. No P.O. Boxes please. We would also appreciate a contact phone number in case the shipper needs to contact you regarding delivery of your purchase.
If for some reason there is a delay in shipment of your item(s) we will notify you immediately. We are not responsible for items lost in transit once they leave our manufacturer's facility. If you are having a problem receiving your item, please let us know so we can help resolve the situation. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday excluding holidays and can take up to 7 business days to receive depending on the location we are shipping to.
Buyers outside of the 48 lower states, International buyers, and those wishing to ship to APO, FPO addresses please contact us regarding shipment of your item before purchasing.
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:
Your order is processed within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Cancellations cannot be processed after 24 hours.
Due to the customization of personalized, engraved gifts, they are not returnable. Exceptions are given to the rare occasion that the item contains a manufacturer defect. If you need to return an item, please contact us for information on how to get your item back to our facility. If the item is deemed not defective the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
