Thank you for visiting my store. Here's a little information about me so you can feel comfortable and shop with confidence at Engraved Memories. I've been in the personalized engraved gifts, and engraved awards industry for about 24 years now. I literally started from the ground up in a small sports awards shop in Southern California making sports trophies and engraved plaques. It was a great experience and a fun place to work. I was hooked on the business right from the start. I loved the feeling of creating something special for someone and seeing their excitement and happiness with the finished product. When I moved to Northern California I knew right away I wanted to start an awards and engraving business. I started my business out of my home in the evenings after I got off work from my "real job." It was a nice relaxed atmosphere with my customers and I chatting in the kitchen while they browsed various sports awards and engraved gifts I had to offer. A spare bedroom was my production area where all the awards were made and engraved. Back then my primary business was sports team and league awards. I was soon known as "the trophy lady" to all the kids.

Eventually I was able to move the business out of my home into a small shop that was still on my property. I started expanding into other areas of the awards industry working with schools, businesses and corporations providing a variety of recognition awards. I kept my engraving business as an "at home" business until opportunity knocked about 6 years ago when I had a chance to purchase an existing awards and engraving business, and move to a commercial retail location. EngravedMemories.biz is a natural extension of my brick and mortar store Redding Trophy Center.

At Engraved Memories we concentrate primarily on personalized gifts for many different occasions. Top quality products with outstanding customer service is our ultimate goal. Shop with confidence as we are an authorized distributor of all the products that we sell. Some of the items we offer are personalized engraved gifts for weddings, bridesmaids, groomsmen, anniversaries, and special occassions such as Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Valentines Day, as well as newborn and baby gifts. SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Most of our items ship within 2-5 days of receiving your cleared payment and engraving information (if applicable). Many times your item will ship sooner. We ship via Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS at our discretion. Please provide a street address for shipment. No P.O. Boxes please. We would also appreciate a contact phone number in case the shipper needs to contact you regarding delivery of your purchase.

If for some reason there is a delay in shipment of your item(s) we will notify you immediately. We are not responsible for items lost in transit once they leave our manufacturer's facility. If you are having a problem receiving your item, please let us know so we can help resolve the situation. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday exluding holidays and can take up to 7 business days to receive depending on the location we are shipping to.

Buyers outside of the 48 lower states, International buyers, and those wishing to ship to APO, FPO addresses please contact us regarding shipment of your item before purchasing.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:

Your order is processed within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Cancellations cannot be processed after 24 hours.

Due to the customization of personalized, engraved gifts, they are not returnable. Exceptions are given to the rare occasion that the item contains a manufacturer defect. If you need to return an item, please contact us for information on how to get your item back to our facility. If the item is deemed not defective the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee may apply.

ENGRAVING INFORMATION:

Each item will display information regarding how many lines and characters per line we are able to engrave. You can forward your engraving information to us via email at engraving@engravedmemories.biz or fax it to (530) 223-6690 (be sure to include your name and order number when sending your engraving information.
